The mine roller assembly is a model on its own and it's just huuuge! There were more weld beads on this part than the rest of the model π
Also, the model is so long... at this point I'm starting to doubt the original vignette idea. This one might be better off without a scenic base, not only because it would be massive, but awkwardly elongated, which I can already imagine wouldn't look very good.
Gotta finish the whole thing before Christmas!

2020-12-23 05:44:54 +0000 UTCWhile not my cup of tea as far as subject matters goes this beast is looking mighty fine. An interesting subject to do as so different from the run of the mill panzer. I like seeing you tackle projects you are passionate about so rock on. I would urge you to just do a very simple base of concrete slabs, nothing fancy but a nice canvas to play with textures and a contrasting grey grey colour that would set off the deep greens of the subject. Just my view, mind. I'm sure you'll work something out.
