And that's of course the mine roller!
But first, let me say sorry for not being too active for a few days. I didn't feel very good over the past couple of days and I spent most of the time resting. But it's all better now so I'm back at the workbench.
There's not much to say about the rest of the build, the side skirts were assembled without any modifications except the subtle rubber texture which will give them a slightly different look once they're painted. I also glued them to the hull because there's still enough room to remove the tracks and wheels, so this will make painting a lot easier!
The remote gun station at the top is a small model on its own, and the only addition were some lead wires. If you remember the Revell T-90, I added them there as well, but here it's replicated very accurately so I could actually "plug" them where they're supposed to be ๐
The mine roller assembly has a surprising amount of parts and a lot of them need to be filled since they're often made from two halves while in reality it's just a single part. I'm also removing weld beads because of course I'm gonna replace them with new ones ๐
I wanted to have the model finished by the end of the weekend, but I guess it's not worth it to rush things. It's gonna be more fun to paint it when there are more details!
