Hey friends, so today I finished the OD distressing... played around with the same tones like yesterday, just in a more controlled manner, pretty much like a typical post-shading, but with some texture.

Not gonna lie, I seriously wanted to leave the concrete "unpainted" 😁 But decided against it... first of all it wouldn't make sense, second photos show that it was overpainted, and third there's another project I'd like to do which had unpainted concrete all over it (hint hint, BMR-1 during the Chernobyl disaster cleanup).

I definitely gave the concrete a lot more texture than the rest of the tank... also I made it sliiiightly darker to differentiate it. Not sure if the texture isn't too much, but we all know how weathering tones it down, so I think I'll leave it as it is. Also, seems like I'll have to paint some extra concrete chips with a paintbrush later...

Anyway, the last thing to add is the star - yes it'll be painted over with OD 😊
