These were one of the easiest fenders to solder and bend. If anyone is hesitant to try this for their first time, these might be a good start.
Smol kitty is suddenly looking more chonky. I also tried one of my ideas to clad the sides of the superstructure with Pz IV tracks. Unfortunately, it looked really bad. Initially I tried to get some inspiration from StuG III photos, but nothing worked because this thing is just too different. Then I realised it has more in common with Sdkfz 251 so I found some images and might try to use them as inspiration.
Needless to say there's not much work left, mostly just details and more details, which is always that fun stage when all the critical parts of the model are in place.
I have also finally decided on a camouflage, it will be hard edged 2-tone camo with dark yellow base and lots of tightly packed small green blobs. Everything below fenders will be just yellow. Figuring out how to paint this model was probably the most difficult process of all lol.
