Don't want celeb suggestions though, and please no elaborate outfits :P I'm a tired old man these days :P Blonde is white, the two other chicks are black.

I don't know, I think just some color touches... Mercy - Hairstyle and Halo Sombra - Hair color/accents and Glove Symmetra - She';s already weariing thigh-highs, just change the color of the garter to her light blue color. The arm, though, would be her mechanical one. just those details would convey who the characters are

So I suggest that the blonde is Rowan Kenrith, the chick she's on top of is Huatli, and the one watching them is Saheeli.
