Shadow Work
Added 2024-08-21 15:48:04 +0000 UTCI made these shadow work prompts some time ago for a friend to help them start journaling and processing their emotions.
Delving deeper into the "Shadow" of yourself.
It is something that has come up as a topic on stream a couple of times so I thought I would share them with you all also.
This first page is a prompt to start writing and journaling, I find it helpful to split my page in to two and write down the left hand side things from Page one then the other side things from page 2.
Page one is more of a Journal and then page 2 is delving into the shadow and this can go at your own pace, no need to always have answers, sometimes it is just good to observe and then over time you will start unraveling more.
Sorry for any writing mistakes in these , as I said they were made for a Friend some time ago.
