YouTube Audios

I have been having a think about the YouTube audios that you will get in MP3 format monthly.
I have decided that to make sure I can post them early in the month that each month will be the previous months audios.
So for example I can now upload Julys for you all without having to wait until I have done all the videos edited etc and posted them on YouTube.
This way I am not alway chasing my tail and worrying about getting them to you each month in a timely manner.
I will add a not of this on to the Teir so it is clear.
I will get your audios and Exclusive Patreon Podcast out to you all ASAP.
Let me know what types of exclusive audios you would like to see?
More meditations, guided breathing practices, affirmations, ASMR roleplay, triggers?
