by Taking the picture jpg into Picaso
then you Filter Pencil It B&W
then 'Multiply' the Layer Over the Painting
Screen Layer Clip it over and Paint it Red
Then Duplicate it and make it Green(2 layers over the painting)
then move both Multiply Laters Over the Final
Painting and move one to the right and the other
to the left its Super easy
