"Meat suits". Amazing! Entertainingly the "Dutch" or "German" angle, whilst very popular in German Expressionist cinema, has its first recorded use in a 1906 American film "Dream of a Rarebit Fiend" based on a comic strip that also used similar angles. To think, even in 1906 people were adapting comics to film! I actually think while it is heavily used here, I rather like it.
