After Wonder Festival Korea 2025.

I'm back to my daily routine.

I installed it last Friday, and I came back from Saturday and Sunday business.

To be honest, this time, I participated in the event without any expectations, thinking that there was no problem even if I lost money.

To explain why, first of all, the Wonder Festival event started from a Japanese model company, and the week before the event, it was quite big in Japan. Perhaps that's why all the well-known scale models and toy companies were absent. And since this is the first event to be held in Korea, everything was not enough.

Thus, the biggest sponsor was 'SOOP', the most famous streaming site in Korea, and an event was held with costume players and virtual YouTubers.

I was nervous to start with the main event, and I understand that there were quite a few complaints from the participating artists, but personally, they had fun doing business and selling was not bad.

Driving, doing events and driving back, and being nervous for almost 12 hours a day, I'm exhausted and put my work behind me.

About 45 artists attended, and if you look at the proportion of the genre of the artists who participated, about 70 percent were Japanese animation characters or subculture genres, and about 20 percent were Art Toys. The remaining 10 percent were miniature genres like mine.

To talk about my own reflection and feelings after participation, the arrangement of booths where women participate is very pretty. I think I need to learn a little and catch people's attention.

And I don't think it's bad to prepare works of a variety of genres/price ranges. Obviously, each artist has his or her own taste, and I wanted to try good things.

Lastly, I feel that Chinese technology has developed too much. In the past, when it was made in China, there was a problem with the quality, and there was a strong feeling of being clumsy. Now, there are a lot of pretty cool works coming out at a low price, so I feel a sense of crisis in many ways. Honestly, they produced a lot of replicas, violated the rights of many companies and individual creators, and caused financial damage. I think ethical issues are still something that needs to be solved.
