Hi, all my patrons!
Work is in progress.
Finally, the first event of the year is over. I've prepared as much as I can, and I've found quite a few shortcomings.
I'm going to start with a rough idea of what's going on. It's almost done, and I'm going to do three different kinds of hair. I'm going to do some more work on the details, and I'm going to finish it quickly.
Speaking of the event, honestly, sales have halved year-on-year. I have a lot of regrets as much as I prepared, but I think this situation is my homework to solve.
First of all, there were many interesting meetings. There were quite a few people who wanted to communicate with Korean producers and help them advance overseas (in terms of information, not logistics distribution). I am looking forward to the day when I can meet them to resolve my concerns and meet patrons at other events.
To list some personal problems, first of all, the size of the box is too big, so logistics and transportation are not smooth. And since I put stickers on the basic box and make it hand-made, it seems that our expertise is not very good. So, I am going to reduce the overall size of the box and make it a little cleaner by customizing it.
Second, I will use silicone casting rather than printed resin. I usually use anycubic abs-like resin. It was easy to sell in Korea because of its strong strength, but I heard that it is less strong than cast resin. And I heard a lot that buyers at events in Europe do not prefer printed products. So I'm going to take the time to learn technology and prepare for overseas events.
Anyway, I'm going to do my best to finish this work this week. I think I'll have to work harder because I'm scheduled to meet my family in Japan this weekend.
