This video is deeply personal.
A few days ago, our cat Harbl passed away.
She was with us for 19 years—our companion, our shadow, our constant.
And when she died, I was overwhelmed.
I didn’t just feel grief…
I started experiencing symptoms of Broken Heart Syndrome—a real, physical reaction to loss.
I couldn’t sleep.
I couldn’t create.
I was just… hurting.
And as I sat with that pain, I realized something:
If I was going through this, others were too.
So I wrote this hypnosis session.
Not as a project.
But as a way to survive my grief—and to give others a way to rest inside theirs.
It’s soft.
It’s quiet.
It’s a space to hurt without judgment.
To remember without collapsing.
To honor who you’ve lost, and carry them with you in a way that heals—not breaks—you.
This session was written during the rawest part of my own grief.
It helped me breathe again.
I hope it helps you, too.
