Grandma Lu looked puzzled, "What's wrong?"

"That shop, it's Chen Bing's shop," Shu Yu said.

Shu Yu explained, "There used to be only one assistant looking after that shop daily. Why is it so lively today?"

At this moment, a man named Lu Sanzhu ran over from the back of the carriage and asked why they had stopped.

Shu Yu thought to herself, "Old bastard? That means the Chen family is involved too?"

He dashed off into the crowd.

With the help of some youngsters making way, Grandma Lu finally squeezed her way inside and immediately spotted a man yelling and shouting angrily.

Shu Yu asked a woman nearby, who was watching the commotion, "What's happening? Who's that man?"

"Are you from out of town, miss?"

Shu Yu nodded, "Yes, we just arrived in this area. We saw a crowd here and came to take a look."

The woman immediately became excited and introduced enthusiastically, "This man is the young master of this grocery store."

Young master? Shu Yu narrowed her eyes. The people from the Chen family have returned from the Prefectural city?

But then the woman continued, "The Chen family went to the city months ago. They said the head of the family was ill, so the entire family went to visit. It's been over two months since they left. Well, the store was left in the care of this lone assistant. But this morning, the young master of the Chen family returned, claiming to be back for restocking."
