Not being a professional is probably what has made this effort so good. Art from the heart always speaks louder and more passionately. As for a sequel, well when that time comes it will be there. Until then we will wait. I have just spent a decade doing a Tarot deck in DS and know well the feeling. It does take a toll on you. Is it all worth it? Yes. Yes it is. Don't be concerned about being or not being a professional, You sir are an artist and I have seldom met a "professional" that was worth the title. But I have known artist that such a title fell far short of. Keep being an artist, you paint beautiful pictures.

it's not that i don't want to do one, i just take the project very serious and would have to make sure it would work and be worth it. It's taken me 5 years to get to where i am now and I still have a ways to go on this game. so confirming a sequel would tie me down for at least another 5 years and would have to be bigger and better. that's a lot so i'd want to make sure i had the content, motivation, story, resources-- all of that to make it work and do that project as much as I've wanted to do this one. I'd like to see all the same things that you would. there's story there, i just have to be ready to dive back in. also, keep in mind that i'm not a professional, i'm emotional as hell when i do this and i have to put myself into some pretty vulnerable mindsets to pump the writing out. that's pretty draining sometimes so i gotta balance that. we'll see what the future holds. this was a good project for me. i have zero regrets and it was worth every second. i'd love to do it again but i wanna make sure i'm ready-- the project and community deserve that

I know you've said you didn't want to do a sequel. But I would really love to see they boys at B's parents and how they react to Zak and B. How do B's parents take it. Maybe this story is told from B's perspective as he comes to terms with his feelings and sexual identity. If B's parents are accepting ( and I see no reason why they shouldn't be) how does Zak handle it being in another accepting environment. I know it may take a while but I'm willing to wait. In the meantime keep up the good work polishing.

none is planned. I've stated a couple of times that my official position is going to be if i think of a story that's better than this one, then i'll do a sequel; but until then, i wanna keep this story intact and not run the series into the ground or try to do a cash grab

You are absolutely correct there! Music can be dangerous. A few otherwise good movies have been artistically ruined by lousy musical scores. I was a bit skeptical when you posted that you were adding music, but trusted your taste, and, as usual, you did not disappoint!

nope. it's not a sequel. it's still the original game. I'm still working on development, specifically for the beginning part of the game that was written really poorly. it also will add music (as the post says obviously) and sound effects and a massive graphics upgrade

Love it! The tempo reminds me of the parts of a good story: Simple beginning building in complexity to a climax, followed by a rapid denouement into a tranquil finish! Well done.

Magnificent!! Great opening musical intro!! Just my observation but the tone of the music sets the mood. A subtle undertone that implies learning/growth and a slight crescendo that implies breakthroughs. Listened to it several times and is just got better. Well done Jordyn!! Well done Aaryn!!
