Corporations migrate their businesses elsewhere or fortify their factories into cities controlled by owners of production. The only force on par with the Corporations in the desolate wastes outside the Factory Towns are the Pyschers. Psychic individuals capable of bending the laws of physics who roam the desert assisting or exploiting those they come across. Some use their powers to draw water from the ground or create save lodging for those living in the desert, others use their abilities to amass loyal followers with fear and violence to enrich themselves.
