Sorry it took so long.
Big big Serena. This is an idea I had for a long time, with Blender it kinda became a reality. Originally I wanted to her dress to be entirely made out of galaxies. But adding the fabric of space as actual fabric to fill in the gaps works too.

Tonight marked a year and a half since Serena had been crowned the Goddess of the universe. For a while she rejected the title, thought it was too much, that it was weird. But eventually she embraced it. She couldn't really argue that anyone else fit that title better. It was hard not to completely overpower anyone else even if she didn't want to. Even the lesser Goddesses were totally unable to hurt her unless she allowed them to.
She liked to think of herself as benevolent, a kind protector of the universe. But every now and then... She'd indulge herself.
And this particular indulgence had been in the works for a long time. Serena had used her abilities to grow hundreds of seamstresses to celestial scales that were still too small for Serena to normally see. Over many months they worked tirelessly stiching beads to other beads, some with incredible distances from each other that sometimes even took the little giantesses days to traverse. Those beads were thread into fabric and eventually... Serena's new dress was complete.
It sparkled like nothing else in the universe it flowed weightlessly and it would fit her utterly perfectly, it had to. This was no ordinary dress. It wasn't made from normal fabric or beads. The fabric was unlike anything seen in our universe, it was loose, light, indestructible and nigh impenetrable all at the same time. Most of the beads were so small that they were unoticeable to the wearer, and those that were visbile were only so because of how brightly they shone. Those tiny beads, each one of the over 2 trillion sewn into the fabric of the dress... Was a celestial body. A planet, a star or a sun.
The day came. It was time for her birthday party and Serena was ready to celebrate. Anytime she wanted a party, everyone tried to throw the best one ever, but this time she wanted to give her best too. The dress was ready. She exited her Earth home and began to grow. She ascended through the clouds, then beyond our planet, out of comprehension until she stood among galaxies. There, her dress waited for her among its galactic neighbours. She slipped into the dress as carefully as she could.
She savoured the moment. Right now, an entire galaxy lived on her. Only the thinnest of fabrics kept nanoscopic civilisations from her body, yet to any observer on one of those planets, that fabric looked the same as what they always saw, an endless cosmos. Around 500 quadrillion beings now lived on her. Even with 100 years she wouldn't have the capability to meet every species personally.
Serena moved with more carefullness than anyone could ever hope to. Yet every heartbeat, every twitch resulted in the destruction of millions. But in the grand scheme of things she was doing gracefully well and with time, she and the galaxy learned to move as one. Once she had adjusted to the dress. She wanted to have a little more fun.
This demonstration would've already inspired awe in the whole universe. But not her, she was still just playing. And so she grew further, along with her dress. Until the incredible galaxies around her were completely dwarved. She was much more comfortable at this size.
She smiled, looking upon the miniscule Milky Way that she had once been trapped in as a powerless human. It hovered over her palm. The only thing keeping it from instantly crumbling under her own gravity was her will, another odd ability giantesses possesed. Perhaps one day she'd try and grow to her maximum size, but for now this would do. At this size, even most of the population of her dress would tower over a human.
