->open EA App, click on FIFA 23 and click "Manage", then "View Properties" and put -dataPath FIFAModData in the "Advanced launch options" input
-> Apply mods in Mod Manager
-> Start the game with applied mods via Mod Manager and close the game when it launches
-> Start the game normaly via Ea app and all mods should work
