INCASE MODS DONT WORK, DO THIS
->open EA App, click on FIFA 23 and click "Manage", then "View Properties" and put -dataPath FIFAModData in the "Advanced launch options" input
-> Apply mods in Mod Manager
-> Start the game with applied mods via Mod Manager and close the game when it launches
-> Start the game normaly via Ea app and all mods should work
IF YOU ARE USING STEAM, DOWNLOAD EA APP AND MOVE THE GAME TO THE EA APP DIRECTORY

JUST TRY INSTALLING THE GAME WITH ORIGIN
