Hotfix for Update 11

It's been a long time that I had to push an hotfixed version.
No game-breaking bugs were reported, but some can make the new content inaccessible so I though it was necessary to take action right now before getting my hand dirty with new stuff.
- Jason wasn't proposing the story follow-up if you didn't get the hospital office safe files. I initialy planned to fork a side quest if you missed it but for now I don't have any good idea, so I make the condition non-mandatory.
- You could sequence break the memories mini game and get lost if you first tried to get the memories fragment without first searching from who's it came from. I also added a line from the lab geek so it make it more obvious that you first have to find someone, and I prevented the apparition of the fragments if you didn't get to talk to that npc first. I could make it more "open" by making it possible to grab fragments without talking to the related NPC first, but since I plan to add more NPC related to fragements, I fear this will get messy.
- Finally, there was an issue with unity input system. Each time you pressed space or enter, this system would try to activate whatever game object was selected. So if you last opened an UI windows, this command will get stuck in memory and it was possible to get stuck. This should be fixed.
