Gasoline For Art

I'm sure almost everyone has a form of trauma, whether it's from their childhood or adult years. I'm sure there's such events we've experienced that our mind has a hard time dealing with that often echoes into how you act towards others.

The most frequent advice you get to deal with such things is to find a method of pushing it aside.  A lot of artists project it through their work.

As I've previously mentioned, I'm making a comic. And right here on patreon is where I'll keep random thoughts and notes on it for me to refer back to in the future.

My comic is fictitious with sprinkles of truth on top. Events told in a metaphorical sense.
Exploring trauma will be a theme and a method for myself while I write the story.

It's so easy in this day and age to project yourself to the world about how you feel , expecting attention which is why it's hard to talk about these things. It no longer feels genuine.  Really, I just want to tell someone about these things that have happened and not have the issue of lack luster and meaningless words. How can anyone understand what's really happening if they think you're just a kid telling tall tales?

Thank you for being a patron and I will be back with more soon.
