my nephew => 日本語の方では甥と言う単語が出ていないので、my dearの方が自然な流れに聞こえるかも知れません。 ”おばさん”を強調したい場合、Auntie uses such a big oneがよろしいかと。 is it's makes suck marks left on => is, it leaves suck marks onの方がスッキリ伝わると思います。 こんな母乳おばさんの甥になりたい人生だった……
