As a previous comment mentioned, you should take another look at the shower/bath tub panels. All the blood being washed off his body going down the drain clogged with human hair, as well as the huge amount of blood splattered all over the bathroom. The brutal way they must have been killed and his casual explanation of his twisted enjoyment in doing so as he calls for two more girls is such a perfect introduction to his character.
