So the King figure they were talking about at the bar was Ryuma himself but he didn't even realise it XD Also love how Ryuma's voice actor is the same as Reiner's from AOT and that girl Flare's voice actress also does Mayuri from Steins;Gate. Btw Oda was 19 years old when he wrote this, what a chad.
