Some small new things

I published a few new resources to the website.

List of all Forte set classes:
https://ianring.com/musictheory/scales/forteclasses/

List of all Deep scales:
https://ianring.com/musictheory/scales/deepness/

List of all scales with Myhill's Property:
https://ianring.com/musictheory/scales/myhill/

These are generated programatically, by a brute-force calculation of properties on the whole power set of all set classes, so I can be 100% certain that none are omitted. There's nothing ground-breaking here, it's just reiteration of data that has been published by others, elsewhere, long before me.

The scale detail pages were formerly linking into the old "Study of Scales" essay from 2009, which frankly I'm eager to deprecate (but not remove). I'm ready to start moving info about those scale properties into separate pages with more analytical detail and better scholarship, rather than putting them all in one long document.

I am making progress on the book. Last month wasn't great for having extra time for productivity, but so far the last week of May has been fruitful. I'm currently putting some finishing touches on the sections about Step Size Patterns, and Pressing Scales. It's super cool that Dmitri Tymoczko answered my correspondence regarding some reference material regarding the Pressing Scales; I was just a little star-struck but really he's a pretty cool guy with a dry wit and undeniable expertise in the topic.

Stay awesome,
Ian
