Oh man... It would hit so much harder with the ''brother'', I wonder why they changed that.

2023-05-28 22:14:29 +0000 UTCI recently just read the manga chapter of this episode, when thorfinn is begging einer to not attack ketil, when he says βplease einer, in the manga he says βplease, brotherβ, which is really disappointing they cut that out, it hit me so much harder, because they really are brothers at this point

If our boys didn't have enough motivation already to make Vinland a reality, after witnessing her death and the things she said during her last moments, they have all the fuel in world to make it happen. I've been telling people this a lot lately, but I haven't seen a friendship this strong since Gon and Killua from Hunter x Hunter. (Although maybe I just haven't watched enough media, lol.) I love it. This might sound weird but there's not enough media depicting men showing compassion for each other like these two do. Thorfinn literally sat on the ground next to him and cried while holding him. That is true brotherly friendship. And yeah, the determination in Thorfinn's eyes is next level. "Canute only brought a 100 men. Pfft, I can make it back. Don't worry."

2023-05-26 19:55:35 +0000 UTCBruh Thors without weapon handled Thorkell with his axe like it was nothing, so I would not be surprised if he could just roll bunch of Jomsvikings as well π Ofc nobody is talking about Thorfinn winning against all of them attacking at once lol, I don't even think he will fight, there's a chance that Thorfinn was talking about not having trouble escaping from them. :)

2023-05-24 11:06:27 +0000 UTCThese last few episodes, mainly episode 20, have had some strong parallels between season 1 episode 1,2, and im really hoping to see thorfinn do what thors did to askelads men on the ships, incapacitating them and not killing a single one of them, it would just bring it all full circle, man thors would be so proud of his son, its so sad he will never know
