2023-11-20 05:19:10 +0000 UTCThat's so awesome dude, I have different favourite characters, but I can't deny that Canute and Floch are both amazing and have similar ideologies. It's very rare that some characters have the same voice actors and similar ideology in totally different shows. Marco from AOT and character named Mark from JoJo's Bizzare Adventure share the same names (kinda), same VA and same death getting cut in half, just felt like sharing this little fun fact if you didn't know :D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-RNzKmZPx8&ab_channel=Lamsheeper check it out. :D

2023-11-19 21:49:12 +0000 UTCI'm surprised noone has said this, at least on Patreon, but Canutes voice actor is the same as Floch from Attack on Titan so Canutes whole speech with making a paradise on earth by "becoming a demon" is so insanely 1:1 with how Floch thinks. It's crazy how similar these characters are. I know you've finished Season 2 by now so it's not a spoiler to say that Canute much like Floch has shown that he's willing to sacrifice the few for the many / for the greater good. Probably my two favorite characters personally in anime, voiced by my favorite VA, just because I love characters written like this. It's amazing writing. Looking forward to watching your S2 reactions as well :)

If Thorfinn had any manipulative skills, he could have used this trigger to his advantage during the next duel! Imagine Askeladd insulting Thors and Thorfinn insulting Askeladd's mother!
