It was amazing to watch all the episodes with you Marko! Loved it! That backstory really makes you wonder who the real demons are... Humanity at it's worse for sure. Quick note: the sickness that Gyutaro was talking about in regards to Ume was Syphilis (baidoku 梅毒) in Japanese. The first sign (梅) has two readings "Ume" and "Bai". Ume is plum in Japanese so most likely their mother named her after the fruit, but for Gyutaro it was easier to think that she was named after sickness because of the horrible life they had.
