Tania is right though about Penny's form of intelligence, there is more than one form of intelligence, there's intellectual, observant, creativity, technological, phycological. Penny is street smart, so she knows more about socialising and engaging with people more than the guys do. And the guys are obviously book smart, they know more about science, math and comic books. Dillion, you were right about Kurt being a manipulator, being all nice and apologetic to gain Penny's sympathy, but it's all an act. But Lenard on the other hand when Penny was crying on his shoulder and kissed him, he didn't take advantage of her vulnerability, being the gentlemen he is, which makes him different from other guys, which is a shame most men aren't gentlemen.
