The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (1952) 4. The Silver Chair (1953) 5. The Horse and His Boy (1954) 6. The Magician’s Nephew (1955) 7. The Last Battle (1956) The order that you listed, is a 'timeline' order according to the stories that were written and the Narnia dates where as the actual publication order kind of skips around the 'timeline'.

2024-01-07 19:45:34 +0000 UTCThere were aspects of "Prince Caspian" that I wasn't a fan of, but overall, I enjoyed it. The next one, "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" is my favorite from the book series. I wish they'd continued on at that time with the rest of the movies, but my understanding is that they're going to go back and re-boot the movies now.

2024-01-07 18:20:24 +0000 UTCI didn't discover the books until I was about 15, where I just happened to find "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe" in my school library and was hooked. The above order for the books isn't the correct (publication) order, though. I'm a bit proponent of sticking with the original order of things (this and Star Wars, to be specific). So: 1. The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe 2. Prince Caspian 3. The Voyage of the Dawn Treader 4. The Silver Chair 5. The Horse and his boy 6. The Magician's Nephew 7. The Final Battle Of those, my favorite is probably The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
