You kept saying: "Phil Collins was amazing was he not?", but he is still alive :p.
Anyways the music is amazing, some of my favourite Disney songs.
The animation is beautiful and did you notice the camera work? Absolutely stunning! It must have taken alot of work to draw this film.
The story line is great and the morals are fantastic. Top 4 favourite films of all time (and yes they're all animations xD).
So about the bodies,
When Kala (his mother) entered the tree house looking for that sound (baby Tarzan), you could see the bodies and their blood.
When they re-entered at the end of the film, you didnt see the bodies simply because it has been 18 years. I dont know how long it takes for a body te decay, but the only thing you would have seen would be bones, if they wernt eaten by other animals.
And even though they have shown a lot of graphic scenes in this film, i think that would have been to much.

What happened to the bodies. Guess it wasn't important to the story.

Also, "Greystoke: the Legend of Tarzan" deals with Tarzan's origin, and then brings him home to the ancestral English mansion he was supposed to have been born into.

There actually is a movie where Tarzan went to England with Jane, it’s called the Legend of Tarzan.

Actually, if you look very carefully when Carla (Tarzan's ape mother) first goes into the cabin, you can see the mother's reddish brown hair where the clothes and the blood is. It looks like it's just clothes, but the glimpse of her hair suggests the bodies are still there.
Great reaction, Dillon. So much fun to watch one of my favorite Disney movies with you!

To answer your "where are the bodies" question.... I don't think that it gets officially answered by Disney, but I've always imagined/assumed that Sabor came back after Kala took Tarzan and ate them. Maybe he even dragged them off somewhere in pieces Leopards tend to take their prey up a tree. But being as they are already in a tree perhaps he ate them there.
