Perk: Berserker's Blessing

At the cost of having the first Berserker's anger bleed through. While they're six times stronger than a 'normal' Super Saiyan, a Berserker has to fight to maintain control of this power. Fighting to keep that rage in check, lest they lose control and in the haze of rage, rampage mindlessly.
