MH part 3: busy work

I grabbed the hands, sanded them down where they needed it, and added things like knuckles and some palm meat. I add knuckles even when they're not anatomically correct for the pose, cuz I think it looks cool :)
Apoxie sculpt ears! I probably could have gotten away with sculpey for Frankie, but oh well. Draculaura's massive pointy ears definitely needed it. I sketched where they needed to go, drilled a hole for a wire, and formed the apoxy sculpt on. I added some detail to Frankie's ears, but played it safe for Draculaura. They both ended up getting earrings though
I'm trying something different this time: sculpted necks. Apoxie sculpt with a paper straw in the center to keep the hole formed, because I don't want to drill into a tiny neck. Gave Frankie some screws and stitches. 
The curing process was a Mess. The necks kept popping off and Dracs ears weren't sticking right. I ended up carving the necks down to more simple tubes and super glueing everything together instead. Seems to be holding up well
To give myself a sculpting break, I did some painting too. Dracs gloves are white with some shading, with silver nails.
I started some simple painting for the heads too at the end of the night!
