I didn't know this until recently but tik tokers, beauty bloggers and teens these days use mostly shimmer based makeup products and a ton of iridescent face products. For years I have been like "how are these teens figuring out how to make their faces look so shiny!?" They also wear sunscreen/moisturizer under their foundation to give them an "inner glow look".
