If you ever want good quality open sourced software, those programs or any others can be found on https://www.privacytools.io/ which is an affiliate-free and honest website. And for the most part, since they are largely open sourced they are also completely free for your audience. Win/win. To beat a dead horse, one of those closed-sourced password manager programs you are referring to actually got hacked a few years ago.
