Comments

My question is unrelated to this week's roundup but is something about which I think many of us would like a straight, science-based, answer. Specifically, is there any real difference in efficacy between name brand and generic drugs. I hear a lot of people whine about how the generic version of a medication does not do anything for them and often wonder if that is true (since both of the products supposedly contain the same balance of active ingredients)?
