Watch as strong-willed woman is broken down owing to husband's bet. The slow burn worked well, leading to a very satisfying scene when the wife's will finally crumbles. At that point the only thing left to do is the husband's humiliation with the inevitable porn site discovery. Yet the story has since just stumbled around putting off reaching its inevitable destination. There's no longer any bet in a story titled The Bet. Instead we're check-boxing our way through every cuckold and hot-wife scenario until we finally run out of them and the story is forced to end. I'd much rather these ideas were explored in new stories designed around them, instead of all being crammed in here because fans never want to let a series end, even though its natural conclusion was a few chapters back at this point. From the second she slept with Zane there was nowhere for the story to go but its conclusion, so please put it out of its misery.
