On my fitness journey i started 7 months ago , i just learned now the " grease the groove " method , it's doing 45% of your max on 1 exercice once every 30 ,45 or 60 minutes every day. ( still throwing 1 day of rest around every now and then )
It's a good conditioning method to add volume , without adding extra stress on your body , to pump the number up on a given exercice of your choice you have trouble with , if like me , muscule hypertrophy if not what you are after ๐
