I have professionally been in IT for almost 30 years and with the whole cloud push and AI coming I had really started to loose interest and motivastion in the whole game. You have re sparked my interest again. I have done a lot in the industry, have multiple certs including CCNA but never done telephony (except MS base i.e. communicator/Lync/Skype/teams). So thank you for these vids. They're really informative, enjoyable, and you are helping motive at least one person to get of their ass and play again. I'm sure there are others that are following along with you.

2025-12-04 14:44:06 +0000 UTCIt’s interesting to think about why someone would ever buy one of these without the ability to transfer a call to another extension. Seems like functionality you would expect as a base feature on any multi-extension phone system.
