Chapter 48 - SSS Level Test

"Mother, what is your main fighting style?" Han Sen had already dropped his sister off at school and was at home eating a snack with his mother while watching some nonsense on TV.

Now that Han Yan would have to spend a good amount of time at school, this gave Luo Sulan the freedom to return to the Sanctuaries, specifically to the Second God’s Sanctuary. He never asked how strong she was because he already knew. This woman was so powerful that a simple swing of her arms could split this condominium in half. But why didn't she ever say it? After entering a testing machine, he realized that there were many factors to take into account. And since he wanted to test only his physical power, without relying on his Beast Souls, he decided not to equip any. After all, his intention here was to discover how the Fitness values worked so that he could calculate them himself later.

He then began to perform various tests, one after another without stopping. The tests involved strength, speed, quickness, leaping ability, muscle toughness, bone strength, and organ function. There were many of them, and he wanted to complete them as quickly as possible, giving his best.

At some point he reached the final test, which was a 300 feet (91.44 meters) long track filled with robots for him to face. He wasn't tired at all from all the previous tests and started running towards the finish line. The combat robots were made of a special type of metal and came towards him every 6 feet (1.83 meters).

Without even caring about dodging, Han Sen just kept running and literally running over each robot, which was destroyed as he passed. And as each robot was stronger than the other, at some point he started punching them lightly so they wouldn't pile up in front of him.

In just 5 seconds he reached the end, and that's because he wanted to have a perfect number, since he was waiting for that number before stepping on the final finish line.

"Numbers, numbers, numbers..." Han Sen smiled as he looked at the cool 5'0". He even calculated the milliseconds for them to come out correctly. After that, he received the machine's AI evaluation.

"Damn..." Seeing the number on his fitness tracker, he muttered lightly before trying to erase it from his mind and get off the machine. He then paid to download the video and soon had it on his comlink. "Should I send it to Jade? Or Qin Xuan?”

After thinking it over, he decided to send it to both of them. First of all, he wanted to show Jade his level of power and how he was doing, which would give her more confidence in wanting to confront the Starry Group without fearing that he would die from some assassin attack. He didn't know if he would be able to use EXP to improve her body the same way he could, but he could enhance the Beast Souls and equipment for her, which would make her strength level increase by leaps and bounds. And even though he wasn't hopelessly in love with her yet, he didn't intend to let her go. Therefore, staying by his side required a similar level of strength.

After finishing with that, he simply went home to prepare to return to the Sanctuary. Any questions they had, he would leave the two women unanswered for now.

Still at the office, as she practically lived there, Jade received Han Sen's video and watched it with curiosity. After all, it was the first time he sent this kind of thing to her, and it seemed to be important.

As she watched, her indifferent face occasionally showed a smile. And when she saw how his performance on the last track was, her fists even itched a bit.

'Should I go back to the Sanctuaries?' She was thinking about it while the video played again. Her focus was no longer on that, but on her decision that she considered important.

While she was deep in thought, the office door swung open and her assistant entered. She had been summoned for an important task, but upon arrival, she found her boss engrossed in a video playing on loop.

"Miss Jade?" She called out softly, and saw that it worked.

"You arrived at a good time." Jade looked at the video again and smiled in an enigmatic way. She then continued, "Take this video and bring it to the image editing managers. Conceal his face and then use the entire marketing team necessary to leverage the video.”

"Yes, ma'am!" The assistant thought that this was the important task and did not question the order. Receiving the video on her comlink, she quickly went to fulfill the request.
