Chapter 46 - Military Academy & Special Squad

After quietly leaving without anyone noticing, Han Sen went to the teleportation portal and from there straight to Qin Xuan's room at the station. It seemed like she had already given permission to meet him, and the few soldiers who were there already knew that it should be a conversation between two group leaders.

"You took a while." Qin Xuan said as she saw Han Sen enter after some time. She had been waiting here for a few hours already and expected him to arrive promptly after their conversation. If she had known he would take this long, she would have at least gone home to take a shower.

"Women usually say this to me a lot." Han Sen felt like he had heard this somewhere before, but he didn't care to remember. Sitting in front of a sulky Qin Xuan, he continued, "Did you miss me? I know it's very hard to be without me for so long. I wouldn't last very long either.”

"Brazen." Qin Xuan felt the urge to pinch him, but already understood what the punishment was. And since she was afraid he would do it here, she decided to abstain, "How was the formation of the group?”

I can only follow a dangerous path if I want to be on the same level as yours." Han Sen was lying about himself, but he was telling the truth to everyone else. There were many stories of people like that, who ascended by following a thorny and tortuous path, but never gave up and managed to reach a place that few, who had abundant resources at their disposal, easily reached.

"I know that, but still… This is dangerous!" Qin Xuan knew that he was right, but still worried. And she didn't care that her concern seemed excessive when they were just starting their relationship.

"I will think about it. And about the military academy, I am considering the Alliance Central Military Academy. Do you have any better suggestions?"
