Since i started exercising everyday ( now 5 hours a day ) , i thought my sleep would get better ( concerning breathing , it did 100% ) , but my actual sleep time got even worse , i got myself a smart band for cheap that have a sensor for a lot of things , but sleep wise , i barely get 5 hours of sleep , and i take 1 to 2 hours to be able to sleep.
It's the one thing i never managed to change for the better despite trying my best. Well to be honnest , i don't have to complain about lack of sleep effects , and i don't feel tired , maybe i'm just build like that π€
