Mona (Hydro)

I had a ton of ideas for this one (nsfw with extra fluids included), but the file was getting too convoluted (still is) and had to scrap a few of them. Still, the wet tights (and practically everything) were the main focus from the beginning so I'm pretty much satisfied with the result.
Despite this, I'm already planning another Mona art that I want to get started ASAP before I lost motivation and end up never doing it, as I tend to do with a lot of ideas :(
But first, the Tamamo piece for the chara Contest winner!
