How able one of these: More tentacles, breast-milking/feeding either by another model or machine, if you can't do liquid/fluid animation then maybe make a inflate/deflate animation for the breasts or nipples if you want, or even if the tentacles are doing the milking and you can't lactate milk to drip from the nipples then just inflate/deflate the tentacles and make it look like its milking the model, or if the tentacle are fucking/yiffing a models hole then inflate/deflate to make it look like its inserting cum/piss/eggs or whatever you feel like...these are just ideas I had, use them or not, that's your choice...
