That's honestly the last thing I thought I'd have to fuck around with, especially since I'm paying for it.
So have a ticket in with the email boffins to see if they can work out what's up, apparently it was enough to stump the first level guys so it's been escaltaed.
It's getting late so I'm gonna take the opportunity to catch a few z's and hit it hard in the morning hopefully with some answers for this email bullshit..
