This is a frustrating episode because it's a fundamentally great idea. There have been security lapses and Cylon agents are exploiting those weaknesses. Hadrian starting at 100% suspicious leaves her nowhere to go. A slower build from documenting facts to noticing inconsistencies to prosecuting wrongdoers to then testing the line between legitimate suspicion and paranoia would have been a better story but probably would have had to build over multiple episodes. BSG gets better at that sort of thing over time, but it's not fully baked yet.
