Announcement (about the mail to Tier 4)

Airmail is being delayed more than a month.
I still sent out most of the mail, so we need to wait more time.
Some country had stop receive airmail, I can not sent the mail to France.
So I will keep those mail, and will be sent out next month (if possible).

抱歉通知大家...
由於國際郵件都出現延誤的狀況, 普遍都會有近1個月的延期。
我會照平時一樣把信件寄出, 但相信大家都會比平時等得更久了。
(台灣/香港的郵件應該相對不會延期很多)
法國的郵件目前是無法寄出, 所以我會暫時把無法寄出的信都保存起來。
到下個月時再一起寄。(如果當時能寄的話)
