2017-07-23 20:44:08 +0000 UTCI'm still hoping for high-class and slowness first. So give her the doll-face: nice snobby with a porcellaine face. And one injection into the lower lip. Then add both cheeks for a more refined face. No (visible) implants at first, if so, small saline expandable ones, starting with just 200cc. Then she can inflate later on. Perhaps Mentor like implants, with natural drop, but over-the-muscle and later, when filled to 800cc and more - quite heavy fake. Kate shouldn't just be another Flora (Become).
