2025-09-27 13:56:07 +0000 UTCI called one of these once. There was a number, I think is was 1-900-FINDOUT, that claimed to give you lottery numbers. Other than that, my brother and I used to call the Nintendo Power hotline occasionally for help when we'd get really stuck in some NES or Super NES games. I always asked my parents about calling Nintendo, but I was so curious about the lottery numbers and knew they'd never agree to that and did it without them knowing. I lied when confronted about it, said it must've been one of my brothers. I was neither beat nor viciously whipped, but got the silent treatment for 2 whole days until I finally had to admit it to get it to stop. Passive aggressive punishment!
