I feel like it was so much darker now you can practically see around the entire room, a friend brought it up to an attendant and they said it was for "safety concerns", this is at Marcus theaters

I also miss when you guys were interacting more with us on here or doing viewer request stuff. I feel like patreon comments are now a bunch of independent people shouting into the void.

2025-08-26 00:58:53 +0000 UTCThere were commercials that played before movies in my childhood days (late 90's/early 2000's) for stuff like car insurance, or even the Fandango ads with the paper bag puppets. The key difference is that all of the preamble stuff came 45 minutes before the showtime, not after like it is now. But now with everything being assigned seating they decided to punish us for getting to the movie on time I guess?
