Next episode updates!

Hey everyone! We unfortunately weren't able to record the next episode before the Christmas holiday but we're still planning to do a Kurt Russell triple-feature for our main episode and then more Kurt movies for Patreon. Based on your suggestions, we have decided the main episode will be on The Best of Times (1986), Breakdown (1997), and Escape from LA. (1996). So feel free to leave your comments on those movies below for us to read out on the show. We're still trying the movies for the Patreon show so keep your recs coming.

We hope you all have a great holiday! Stay tuned for our Kurt episode, which we plan to record early next week.

Tango and cash was shot in my hometown. It's kinda terrible, but you get to see Robert Z'dar in a mainstream movie RIP.

Growing up in the South, where football is the state religion, I saw Best of Times quite a lot growing. It’s been years since I’ve seen it, but I remember enjoying it.

3000 Miles to Graceland, Death Proof, and even that Jiminy Glick movie are all interesting enough for a viewing.

The most 80’s movie of all time also happens to be the last major studio release of the 80’s. Great coincidence!

Trevor Poe

Oh shit I just realize he was in The Fox and the Hound

Also Tango and Cash should be on the after show

I'm just happy you guys are covering something I sent you

The Patron show should be the computer who wore tennis shoes

I know I’m in the minority but I actually think Escape From LA is a better movie than the original. I think the first is a bit too dour and humourless, and i prefer the goofy tone of LA.

I think you covered Used Cars for your Zemekis episode but it deserves mention once again for Kurt's performance. It showed that he could play adult comedy along with action movies. The scene where he introduces himself to several minority customers as a member their backgrounds is memorable. Kurt is a favorite going back to the Disney Dexter Riley movies. Its a shame the most award recognition he's gotten is a Golden Globe nomination for Silkwood.
